What You Need

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of and experience with work control.

  • Ability to fully understand work hazards, safety practices, operating configuration, and lock-out/tag-out policies and procedures.

  • Ability to fully utilize and manipulate a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking work-planning activities.

  • Good understanding of work control and facility policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Education/Experience: Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working experience and or knowledge Primavera or other scheduling tool.

  • Working experience and or knowledge with Asset Suites and Mobile Work Package (MWP).

  • Understanding of the LANL’s work control and facility policies, practices, and procedures.

Directive 206.2 - Employment with Triad requires a favorable decision by NNSA indicating employee is suitable under NNSA Supplemental Directive 206.2 . No Clearance: Position does not require a security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to drug testing and other pre-employment background checks.

New-Employment Drug Test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new-employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.

Regular position: Term status Laboratory employees applying for regular-status positions are converted to regular status.

Internal Applicants: Regular appointment employees who have served at least one year of continuous service in their current position are eligible to apply for posted jobs throughout the Laboratory. If an employee has not served the one year of continuous service, they may only apply for Laboratory jobs with the documented approval of their Division Leader.Please refer to LaboratoryPolicy P701for applicant eligibility requirements.
